Property left at the Airport Terminal​
If you’ve left behind or lost something in the airport terminal, it may have been handed over to our Lost Property desk.
​
Please fill out the Lost Property Form below and we will endeavor to get back to you within 3 business days.
If an item requires return postage, the cost of a tracked courier bag and an administration fee will apply.

Items are stored for 3 months then they will be passed on to local charities in our region.
​Essential identity documents (passports, etc.) and high value items (cash, wallets, jewellery, etc.) are passed on to NZ Police on the day they are found.
