The Airport Terminal building will be open a minimum of 60 minutes before all scheduled departures or arrivals.
Please allow extra check in time for group bookings, sports teams, oversize items and animals.
Proof of identification will be required when checking in.
Mobility car parking is available for vehicles with a valid disability card.
A toilet for mobility-challenged passengers is available in the main terminal building.
And finally, if you require special assistance to board or disembark the aeroplane, or during your flight, please contact Air New Zealand directly.

Our café provides sandwiches, cakes and snack foods, quality tea and coffee, and other hot and cold beverages for visitors and passengers on all flights.
