Kerikeri AirportAir New Zealand Link provides a regular service to and from Auckland International Airport with Bombardier Dash 8 Q300 and Beechcraft 1900D aircraft - connecting with domestic and international flights. Passengers with onward domestic flights, or travelling on to Australia, Asia or United States of America, on an Air New Zealand or Star Alliance flight, on the same reservation, can also check through to their destination. Minimum check-in time for international flights is 45 minutes. For domestic flights it is 30 minutes.

Salt Air provides a regular service to and from Whangarei and Auckland North Shore Airport with Cessna aircraft.
Major charter operators also fly business, conference and recreational groups to the airport.
Bay of Islands Airport is located six kilometres south west of Kerikeri on Wiroa Road which starts at the roundabout on State Highway 10. Coming from the south, turn left at the roundabout and the entrance to the airport is two kilometres on the right.

Public transport
A shuttle service operated by Super Shuttle services all Air New Zealand Link flights and connects the airport with Kerikeri, Paihia and Bay of Islands. Visit their website or phone: 0800-SHUTTLE (748885).

Passenger facilities
The recent upgrade to lounge facilities has resulted in a larger, more modern space, fitted out with additional seating to cater for the increased numbers of passengers through the airport. This is available for the use of all passengers, friends and families.
The lounge has large windows providing an all round view of the airport and is sunny and warm with comfortable chairs and coffee tables . The AV8 Cafe opened on 1 January 2010 and provides food, espresso coffee and other hot and cold beverages for visitors and passengers on all flights.
There are ample toilet facilities.

Kaitaia Airport is located north of Kaitaia on Quarry Road. Coming from Kaitaia, head north on State Highway 1 and after six kilometres, turn right into Quarry Road. Continue for another two kilometres and the entrance to the airport is on the right.

Free short-term parking is provided at the terminal for those meeting flights.
